Processing time

The time I need to create an order and prepare it for shipping will vary per order. Because most items are made to order please allow up to one week for me to create your order with care. For more details about estimated processing time please read individual item description. Premade piece that are in stock will be sent out within 3 days of ordering. 

*Exception* 

If you see a product from my Instagram page that is not listed or an item that is out of stock that you are interested in getting commissioned please contact me with up to 6 weeks from when you'd like your order to arrive. There is a limited stock on certain supplies so special orders will need extra time for materials to arrive along with processing time. Estimated time of completion will be discussed per individual order. 

Estimated shipping time

For shipping within North America it will generally take 3-5 days. I will do my best to meet these estimates but they are not a grantee. Orders will be shipped via First Class USPS which can take 1-5 days for delivery. For any tracking issues or delays please contact USPS. 

Once orders are shipped, Moore Bliss Macramé is not responsible for the contents of your order. There are no refunds or replacements for lost or stolen items once shipped. 

Returns and Exchanges

Moore Bliss Macramé is a small business so we are unable to offer refunds. Due to the personalized nature of most pieces returns are generally unavailable. Please be sure to fully read product descriptions before finalizing your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item please reach out to us and we will do our best to resolve any questions or issues. 

Cancellations 

An order can be cancelled up until the payment is processed. Once payment is processed the buyer will be responsible for the order payment.

Product care

All items are made using 100% cotton cord and can be hand wash with warm water and mild detergent. Please allow to air dry.

Order Inquires

Some orders require an email inquire, this is to ensure I have enough material and time to fulfill your order. I work a full time job and want to ensure I will have enough time to dedicate to larger projects to ensure they get done in a timely manner.
